After his NFL career, Robert gained extensive experience in healthcare and healthcare IT, giving him deep insights into how the healthcare system works—and more importantly, where it fails small businesses and their employees.
This combination of experiences led Robert to a clear mission: transform employee benefits for auto repair shops and small businesses. He saw firsthand how traditional insurance models were designed to benefit insurance companies, not employers or employees.
